This Romanian movie is a blend of science fiction, spy comedy, satire, and surrealist tones. All the while, this film is entirely dialogue-free as the hero makes the discovery that he has found a nuclear suitcase bomb. What follows is a fight for control of the bomb involving the government and criminal elements.
